Thanks to our own brands for non-destructive material testing, 3D scanning and hygiene, which we manufacture using our own aerosol filling plant, we are also able to fill aerosol cans on a contract basis. We now offer professional aerosol filling for industrial products – tailor-made, efficient and safe. Whether it's a special product, small series or micro series: we accompany you from the planning stage to the finished aerosol can.

Customised aerosol filling for chemical-technical products

Our modern, automatic filling system enables us to fill aerosol cans for industrial products in various sizes (400 ml – 500 ml). We focus on the highest quality and precision – right down to the individual labelling of your spray cans. We use either propane/butane or DME as propellants, depending on your product requirements.

Focus on small quantities & flexibility

While many aerosol fillers prefer to process large quantities, we have deliberately specialised in small batch sizes and flexible production volumes. This makes us the ideal partner for companies that want to implement special solutions, test batches or small product volumes – quickly, reliably and in close consultation with you.

More than just filling: formulation, control and regulation

Our services do not end with filling. We support you in developing new formulations, take care of quality monitoring if necessary, and ensure proactive reporting of relevant changes in accordance with international chemical regulations (e.g. REACH, CLP). This means you are on the safe side not only in terms of production, but also in terms of regulations.
